AWARD: To recognize an outstanding School Business Official who exemplifies the
Profession.
SCHOLARSHIP: To Award a $1,000 Scholarship (Donated by Aramark*) to an outstanding
Student, from that Business Official's graduating Senior Class, who will be continuing his/her
education in a Business-Related field.
RIASBO: Constitutional Organizational Objectives Include:
their peers or school business officials submit nominations to the awards and scholarship
committee in early spring. The nominees are notified and asked to submit in late April a two-
page document that includes their:
JUDGES: Three active and/or retired school business professionals with diverse
backgrounds honor RIASBO by serving as the selection panel for this achievement award.
THE FUTURE: This is an annual award to honor an outstanding school business official.
*RIASBO welcomes all contributions to build the scholarship fund and add to Aramark's
annual $1,000 scholarship gift so that additional scholarships may be given each year. We
hope to contribute to a business official of the future!
Profession.

- Cooperating with any organization for the betterment of education.
- Striving constantly for the highest standard of ethics, efficiency, and economy in
business methods and practices. - These objectives are being accomplished by the combined professionalism, service,
and leadership of school business officials in our state.

- Professional Memberships (With Monthly Time Commitment)
